Support Services
Chromis offers the following support packages for Digium and Polycom solutions:
- Gold Support
- 30 days of extended care after installation.
- One year of technical support for products sold or installed by Chromis.
- Administrator or IT support (some technical capability required, customer performs user interaction and trouble ticketing).
- Email, web, or telephone based telephone support during business hours (business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona time).
- One year of software updates providing free bug fixes, minor software updates, major new software version releases (labor not included).
- Includes Digium Silver subscription (user license, software updates, email-based support directly with Digium)
- Discounts available for support renewals and multi-year contracts.
- Platinum Support
- 45 days of extended care after installation.
- One year of technical support for products sold or installed by Chromis.
- Administrator or IT support (some technical capability required, customer performs user interaction and trouble ticketing).
- Email, web, or telephone based telephone support during business hours (business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona time).
- Emergency after hours support (24 hours per day, 7 days per week).
- One year of software updates providing free bug fixes, minor software updates, major new software version releases (labor not included).
- Includes Digium Silver subscription (user license, software updates, email-based support directly with Digium)
- Onsite time included, plus materials and travel. All support will be remote until onsite work is deemed necessary at the discretion of Chromis Technology
- Discounts available for support renewals and multi-year contracts.
