Support Services

Chromis offers the following support packages for Digium and Polycom solutions:

  • Gold Support
    • 30 days of extended care after installation.
    • One year of technical support for products sold or installed by Chromis.
    • Administrator or IT support (some technical capability required, customer performs user interaction and trouble ticketing).
    • Email, web, or telephone based telephone support during business hours (business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona time).
    • One year of software updates providing free bug fixes, minor software updates, major new software version releases (labor not included).
    • Includes Digium Silver subscription (user license, software updates, email-based support directly with Digium)
    • Discounts available for support renewals and multi-year contracts.
  • Platinum Support
    • 45 days of extended care after installation.
    • One year of technical support for products sold or installed by Chromis.
    • Administrator or IT support (some technical capability required, customer performs user interaction and trouble ticketing).
    • Email, web, or telephone based telephone support during business hours (business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona time).
    • Emergency after hours support (24 hours per day, 7 days per week).
    • One year of software updates providing free bug fixes, minor software updates, major new software version releases (labor not included).
    • Includes Digium Silver subscription (user license, software updates, email-based support directly with Digium)
    • Onsite time included, plus materials and travel. All support will be remote until onsite work is deemed necessary at the discretion of Chromis Technology
    • Discounts available for support renewals and multi-year contracts.
